To my friends: It is somewhat debatable whether or not the design of furniture and other utilitarian works are worthy of qualifying as 'fine art'. I too am not sure, although I do recognize and acknowledge the talent it takes to be truly original and 'artistic' in one's pursuit of such a thing.
